My support consists of utilizing the SAP, ERP system. I quote and configure gearboxes and motor specs based on the customer’s needs as well as entering all their orders. Daily orders are incredibly detailed, and I usually enter roughly 20 – 30. I enter all needed credit memo’s working hand in hand with the engineering dept., RGA dept., accounting, logistics and shipping depts.

As a quality lab technician, I was responsible for the quality testing of approximately 2000 parts per week of finished goods on the tensometer, checking the specific gravity and material hardness on the durometer.
