(A) General Admin & Reception:

(D) HSE Officer

Managing safety files, first aid boxes, PPE, safety meetings and toolbox talks. Assisting the Labour department with documentation when inspection is done. Ensure all fire equipment is checked regularly and not expired. Everything related to Health & Safety was my responsibility. Arranging forklift and overhead crane licenses.

(E) Warehouse Administrator

All warehouse related paperwork was handled from my side, including creating, checking and submitting job cards. Creating, checking and submitting picture reports per job card. Creating, checking and submitting quotes to customers/mines. Liaise with transport companies to import and deliver. Making sure all paperwork is in order. Making sure invoices and all paperwork needed for collection or delivery of goods are in order. Arranging for all warehouse consumables to be order. Warehouse transfers done on the system. Transfers done between branches.

(F) Stock Controller

Controlling stock levels, checking stock level reports weekly. Order stock from India and the UK. Making sure stock get signed/checked out correctly as needed per job card. Doing weekly spot checks and monthly full physical stock takes, capturing it on the system and sorting out all variances.

(G) Junior Apprenticeship

After finishing the HSE program and receiving my certificates. I did my forklift and overhead crane license.

I then started working in the workshop. Strip, test, repair/assemble submersible slurry pumps. Repair and assemble cables and ampco plug.

Testing pumps in the test bay, taking down Voltage, Amps, PSI and KW.
