Magdeleen Brand is nou al een jaar werksaam by AJkantpan in die Instrumentasie Afdeling. In hierdie tyd het sy baie goed aangepas by Alkantpan se werkswyses. Sy het van die begin af getoon dat sy bereid was om te leer en het goed presteer in haar opleidingstydperk. Sy was baie gretig om te leer, selfs onder moeilikke omstandighede Sy is 'n piigsgetroue, doelgerigte en gemotiveerde persoon wat baie inisiatief en buigsaamheid aan die dag 16 veral in tye waar sy alleen op toetse gelos was. Sy het nooit gehuiwer om lang ure te werk. Ons kon altyd op haar staatmaak met toetse wat tot laat en oor naweke aangehou het.

Haar werk is van 'n hoe gehalte, op tyd en laat min om oor te kla. Sy is 'n baie behulpsame persoon wie altyd beieid is om te help met voorbereiding, ai was dit nie haar verantwoordelikheid nie.

Haar geaardheid is so dat van ons kliente spesiale melding gemaak het met terugvoer dat dit 'n plesier is om haar op 'n toets te
