I worked at the outbound call centre where I would make calls to collect on old debt that clients had not paid in a while, this meant that I would have to convince the client to pay their debt as this would affect the credit score of the client when wanting to open up an account.
My sales and marketing skills came in when I had to sell a payment method and had to convince the client of how it will benefit them.

I worked as a waitress where I had to make sure to use my listening skills and be able to sell food that they had not intended to buy.
Having to multi-task by serving 4 different tables with an average of 4 people in each taught me to be able work under pressure on days that were busy.
Keeping the customer happy was ensuring they leave satisfied by having paid value for their money.
Teamwork was very important as we had to help each other when busy with big tables.
