August 2020 – Current Human Resource Coordinator / Carter’s Clothing Distribution Center, Georgia
Assist HR managers with recruitment, record maintenance, payroll processing, and provide clerical support to all employees in Spanish and English. Assist in job fairs, local events, and individual recruitment. Including in Spanish to Hispanic community.
Entering in payroll, leave of absence, holiday pay for employees using ADP and Etime software.
Assist HR managers with COVID-19 contact tracing. Created a database for tracking of positive cases, negatives with exposure, and pending to keep track of over 400 COVID-19 cases in the building.
Hire new employees using applicant tracking systems (sourcing, recruitment, interview, and processing into database).
Successfully completed first billboard advertisement campaign that reaches over one million motorists on highway 85 used to recruit for 400+ applicants a week during peak season.
