Other HR functions:

-Communication with crewing agents from offices, located locally and internationally to recruit competent officers & crew of multiple nationalities for company managed vessels. Registered at different flags of convenience.

-To manage personal functions such as preparing Appointment Letters. Increment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Promotions, Transfers and Termination Letters and letters required for Visa and letters to respective authorities as and when required.

-Keeping track of personal records of all the employees.

-To update details required for Medical Insurance of the Employees working on Rigs.

-To check invoice for reimbursements and to handle various issues of employees. Recruitment and Selection.

Responsive for recruitment of competent candidates for corporate office and for offshore drilling operations, which involves:

Preparing and maintain database of the candidates

Report and keep

Scanning CV’s from various job Portals

Short listing and coordinating with the Candidates.

Conducting Interviews and fixing up appointments

Conducting orientation for new recruits.

Training:

Responsible for training of the crew as per client’s requirements for New Build positions.

Basic Safety Courses, IWCF, Safety Courses as per client’s requirements etc. Visas:

Responsible for Visa applications for the crew and officers on each rotation before joining ie STV

(Short term visas for UAE / Iran / China sectors). Matrix:
