• Attend client discovery meetings (up to the director level) to determine and document business requirements, functional requirements, key performance indicators, business processes, system requirements, and user requirements. This information is documented, analyzed, and translated into technical specifications for the overall solution architecture design. Utilized Microsoft Visio and UML Standards for system/solution designs.
