• Implemented standard procedures, such as root cause analysis templates and cost recovery forms, for continuous process improvement for supplier and internal issues.

• Recovered and saved $50k by developing cost recovery form for defective material received by supplier causing production line stops.

• Developed continual improvement project with supplier to automate part-labeling, reducing manual labor and cost and mitigating mistakes from newly hired employees.
