Working as Manager (Operations), in Aquos Foods, Vasai Road, Mumbai. Handling all the activities of the Unit, from day to day operations, making availability of materials, labour management, cost benefit analysis, packing, logistics, delivery, etc.

Key Deliverables:

Production Planning for the received order, Controlling Raw Material wastage & spillage, Inventory management, Quality Control, etc.

Proper labour management, setting labour targets in particular areas of operation, motivating, training & utilizing them properly & in an efficient manner.
