I also possess the necessary leadership skills to lead and manage a team in various strenuous circumstances. I have the ability to draft operational plans as needed within my working environment. I am self-motivated and motivate colleagues and or subordinates alike.

I also understand that for myself and my company to be successful that I will be required to be flexible.
