PROFILE

I am an honest and dedicated individual with great ambition and large expectations for my career. I have a combined total of 13 years of experience in Corporate, Operations, and Field Services for the Oil & Gas industry. I work well with others, keep up with a heavy work load, and always give my best to my employer. I have excellent people skills and always communicate in a professional manner whether in person, on the phone, or via email. I am also able to multi-task while maintaining an organized work space. I am seeking a position that will allow me to utilize my knowledge and develop more skill. I am open to a business development/sales, administrative, or possibly an engineering tech position. I have the experience and catch on very quickly.

EXPERIENCE

October 2020 – Current: Allegiant Energy Services. West Tx

Account Manager/Field Sales

My responsibilities are to obtain new work, including MSA’s as well as schedule new torque and testing jobs with current operators we have MSA’s with. I also push out iron rentals as well as power washing services for drilling, completions, and production. . I strive to meet personal goals and feel accomplished. I have gained knowledge of operations as well as sales. I work for a great group of people and have an amazing sales team as support. I enjoy being in the field and am grateful for securing this job while on maternity leave after RC Testing. However, if ever there is an opportunity to get back in the office to a normal 8-5 job, for my two children it would best.

Jan 2020 – July 2020: RC TESTING LLC West Tx, New Mexico

Field Sales

My responsibilities are to obtain new work, including MSA’s as well as schedule new torque and testing jobs with current operators we have MSA’s with. In the 7 months I was

employed with RC I obtained 2o more rigs and several MSA’s. It was a learning experience and I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with a great group of honest people. My skills in sales as well as knowledge of drilling operations has improved tremendously. I quickly fit in and was treated with respect and that helps not only adjusting but with “people” skills.

April 2019 – December 2019: J&H Services Inc. West Tx, New Mexico

Field Sales

My responsibilities are to obtain “dirt work” with existing customers and gain new work with new customers (specifically in the oilfield). We provide civil and oilfield construction services. I often post updates of current projects on LinkedIn. Pushing our services to people and sharing information about our company thru networking has impacted J&H tremendously. I have been successful because I enjoy searching for work, following up on leads that tend to “fall in my lap”, and by knowing the right people/companies to contact. Being with J&H has definitely broadened my experience in construction, dirt work, earth moving, heavy equipment, and most importantly sales. I put 100% into obtaining new work and believe that no job is too big or too small to overlook or pass up. If I know our company cannot provide the services that are requested I point the customer in the right direction. This has helped build skill in business development and my credibility. I enjoy what I do and also enjoy being resourceful. I am a definitely a go getter!

August 2018 – January 2019: Rifle Consulting LLC Midland, TX

Sales Consultant/Field Sales

My responsibilities were to find work and try to gain MSA’s with new customers. We provided Solid Control Operators, Flowback Operators, Mud Engineers, and various equipment rentals. I quickly learned that Sales is a position with many responsibilities. I met new people, gained more knowledge of solids control equipment (centrifuges, shakers, pits, pumps, generators). I was so great full for this opportunity but due to the timing of my hire and oil prices this position was not permanent. I worked with a few large Companies on obtaining MSA’s and made great contacts along the way. I am now however more confident that Sales is something I am good at. It is hard work and I definitely understand the consistency and importance of keeping contact with those customers who need something “last minute”. My efforts can always be helpful in one way or another and definitely down the line.

It was my responsibility to reconcile payroll, generate invoices in our own program used, then submit or bill customers through their preference of e-billing.
