Developed and designed Fiberglass and Carbon composite panels utilizing CATIA V5 and fiber simulation software. Supported panels design to build process.

Provided Manufacturing Enhanced Datasets support for 747 upper and lower fiberglass panels (FLE) using CATIA V5 and fiber simulation software.

Provided design supported for 737 MAX fuselage and Wing slat packages.

Provided MRB design support for G650 Wing.

Performed cost and weight saving design improvements G650 Wing.

The NORDAM Group Interiors and Structures Division, Tulsa, OK (2/01 to 4/05) Contract to Direct

Design Engineer - Embraer Legacy and Sogerma Interior Programs:

Lockheed CAEW S-10 Program

Designed structures including bracket assemblies and intercostals to support interior cabinetry and shells. Create installation drawings as well as modeling cabinetry, and tubing. Designed fiberglass composite fairings for the Lockheed CAEW S-10.

Honeywell, Phoenix, AZ (3/00 to 2/01) Contract

Design Engineer – Engines and Systems:

Designed and created models for external engine components, tubing and wire harnesses for related components. Created and maintained assembly models in order to maintain current configurations. Performed functions as a liaison between design engineering and manufacturing/production as well as communicated regularly with vendors.

Bell Helicopter Textron, Fort Worth, TX (5/98 to 8/99) Contract

Tool Designer – 609/V-22 OSPREY Programs:

Design and created models for major assembly fixtures, gages,

installation and composite tooling from 2D/3D Engineering models using CATIA V4. Provided support through entire build and inspection process.

The Boeing Company, Seattle, WA (6/97 to 5/98) Contract

Tool Design 767 Program:

Utilized knowledge of CATIA V4 to design assembly and control tools. Created detail 2D/3D models as well as worked with new product development group to devise methods of approaching unique applications.

Tool Design F-22 Program:

Conceptualized and designed the major mate assembly fixture for the center fuselage. Checked 2D/3D tooling models for fit, form and function.

Tool Design F-16 Program

Developed and provided retrofit kits for drill, ream and cold working applications as a member of the Integrated Product Development Team. Planned and design tooling families. Utilized relationship-building skills while serving as a liaison between cross-functional departments interacted with vendors in order to assure conformity to engineering specifications.
