Duties include prospecting new business and managing current clients, walking jobs, measuring jobs, writing detailed job scopes, send scope to be estimated and approved then sending bid to client and following up. Once contract was signed setting up pre-con meeting and checking on project till completion. Set up Houston HAA & CAI tradeshows/expos booth and working the expo in Houston, San Antonio and the Texas Apartment Association Expo. Designed creative marketing promotions for my clients.
