Revamping entire safety and environmental policies and programs for the company.

Developed and provided a training program for managers and supervisors on leadership and on change to a safety first culture. Introduced both physical and behavioral audits/assessments to encourage more interaction with plant employees (over 80% reduction in recordable injuries).

Managed the environmental program for the eastern region consisting of 32 production plants and 40 standard plants in 22 states. Coordinated health & safety programs for two major gas production facilities in the mid-Atlantic region. Responsible for auditing facilities around the country.
