Present

Through my boutique communications company, I undertake and/or oversee design and communications projects across a variety of industries.

My expertise in content and copy writing, interviewing and feature writing, as well my ability to form trusting, lasting business relationships, is the foundation for the modest success of the company. Some of my clients include GreenBeetle Branding, Charmont media (Focus and SHEQ magazines), ABR (Asutomotive Business Review) and I served as the main writer for Kendal Hunt Communications for 6 months. I also undertake any private, individual projects, from speech writing to marketing material.

Interact Media Defined – EDITOR

Head-hunted from the Middle East, I was appointed as Editor of The Civil Engineering Contractor (CEC), Plant Equipment and Hire and Water Sewage and Effluent (WSE) magazines.

As the only white female Construction Editor in the entire Gulf region, I managed to elevate Construction Week Qatar to the highest level by way of ad spend and content, right up until it closed during the embargo on Qatar.

Besides my editorial responsibilities, I hosted Awards gala evenings, Business breakfasts and was the ‘face’ of the magazine within the region, gaining respect and accolade for performance and customer relationship building.
