I ensure tongs,airline and slips were check before the start of operation

I ensure nobody was under Drill pipes and kelly when lifting operation is on on rig floor.

I ensure proper and clear communication on rig floor

I ensure mouse-hole is close when there is no drill pipe inside it on rig floor.

During RIH/POOH I ensure driller maintain running speed.

I ensure the use of appropriate slips and handling equipment.

During placing of tubings and pipes or removing of tubings and pile with crane I ensue there was adequate supervision and safety procedures were followed.

During lifting or laying-down BHA I ensure the use of tag line once load are pick up with the crane

During making up and breaking up of join I ensure appropriate use PPEs.

During welding and cutting operation I ensure toolbox meeting,barricade area and regular gas check was carried out.

During climbing down and out of the well head I ensure the use of body harness.

During flogging of BOP bolt and nuts I ensure the use of tie rope for hammer and other heavy hand tools, and the use of Brass hammer and also ensure PTW is in place, and the use of appropriate PPEs.

During lifting of BOP from wellhead I ensure the use of appropriate PPE,s toolbox meeting and follow safe work procedure.

During function testing of all connections I ensure pre job safety meeting,PTW was validated,confirm that hoses are in good condition,double check all connected equipment before powering,task appropriate PPE to be worn,proper housekeeping and also identify faulty equipment and apply tag-out system

During mixing of chemicals the Mud men where on full PPEs.

monitoring of well depth with Drill pipe tally.
