Reviewed and drafted several provisions for a CBD oil startup for a supply agreement with a manufacturer, an agreement with a branding agency and a photography agreement. Drafted a memorandum reviewing state and federal CBD laws, packaging and labeling requirements and website disclosures. Advised the company on how to change the name of their LLC and the status of their trademark and what potential trademark classes to refile in.
