Ramp/Airport Operation Supervisor;

Supervising Commercial, Private & Cargo flights.

Supervising the assembling and forwarding of luggage to departing flight, as well as guiding the passengers to designated gateway for boarding of aircraft, to expedite transfer of passengers between airline flights.

Handling all Ramp activities, coordinating with Airport Authority to open the counters for boarding & for all Ground services.

Managing ground handling operations, including passenger check-in, security screening, baggage transfer to and from A/C.

Day to day handling customer queries and dealing with different VIP clients and arranging all the required services accordingly.

Arranging required services, coordinating with local handler for refueling, ground power unit, passenger/crew buses, container high loader, transporters, air starter unit, potable water truck, lavatory service, catering vehicle, conveyor belt loaders, passenger boarding stairs, pushback tugs & tractors, A/C unit.

Flight Operations Officer;

Act as a coordinator between civil aviation & flight operators to obtain the over flight & Landing permits, slots clearance for Private flights, Commercial flights, Cargo, Ambulance, Ferry & military flights

Interacting with worldwide Civil Aviation Authority for the particular flight and seeking them for the permits.

Rendering personal services to passengers in airline terminal to facilitate movement of passengers through terminal and create goodwill

Making necessary arrangements for the assembling and forwarding of luggage to departing flight, as well as guiding the passengers to designated gateway for boarding of aircraft, to expedite transfer of passengers between airline flights.

Providing Information to the Passengers regarding terminal facilities

Attending to the queries of the passengers concerning flight schedules and accommodations

Monitoring tasks such as loading luggage on & off aircrafts, catering requests, fuel orders etc.

Ensuring the availability of Customs & Immigration Staff to facilitate the passengers/ guests

Arranging hotel and short-term accommodation as per requests from global offices.

Maintaining update of the Flight Operations Manual Coordinating with the Training Department, HR and Ops regarding indoctrination of new employees, including issuing of name badges, business cards / security passes and relevant manuals.

Sales Executive;

Responsible for planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.

Develop quotations, correspondence letters, process customer purchase orders and forward customer enquiries to the supplier.

Organize product demonstrations and attend meetings with prospective customers.

Meet with suppliers and manage the distribution of stock, possibly negotiating cost prices.

Conduct stock training in order to isolate damaged stocks.

Enhance the customer base to include retail supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Merchandiser;
