Reporting To Deputy General Manager (Operation)

PLANT overview: 5*660 MW coal based thermal power plant

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling of Operational Unit for normal operation as well as for emergency situation.

RCA for Unit & Equipment breakdown.

Identifying the unit parameter deviation and follow up for correction.

Proactively managing the PTW system for safe and smooth management of maintenance activity.

Managing annual overhauling of units efficiently.

Taken the measure to improve vacuum by actively involved in air ingress checking.

Implementation of best operating practice for overall plant efficiency improvement.

Active participation in AOH activity for unit including start-up, shutdown and follow up activity.

Preparation of SOP, Checklist and report for department.

Managing ISO certification in integrated manner involving QMS, EnMS, EMS& OHSAS for department.

Managing internal and external audit for ISO certification and compliance for same.

Conducting departmental safety meeting in co-ordination with Safety officer as departmental safety ambassador.

Tracking and reporting of BPT KPI as decided by organization for department.

Reporting of shift activity to sectional head and department head.

Imparting training & organizing sessions for employees to enhance their knowledge & skills.
