I used Access and MySQL to create a database identifying patients at higher risk for falls in a retirement community.

I’ve used Epic in order to identify treatments done with patients to code for reimbursement for the health system.

I used Tableau and Visio to enter and visualize data on a project dealing with hospital cleanliness and the spreading of c-diff in order to show how the hospital could improve cleanliness standards.

I used MySQL on a few projects to pull necessary data out of databases and clean it in order to have relevant data for medical usage. I used my knowledge of Lean Six Sigma in order to streamline the hospital’s process flow for cleaning and make it efficient, also to streamline how c-diff was spread through the hospital and how to prevent it.
