• The project focuses on analyzing car body made aluminum alloy under different velocities & comparing the results received from all 3 velocities.

• A mechanism is designed to convert about 80% of the kinetic impact energy to the spring potential energy and release it to the environment in the low impact velocity according to American standard.

• The residual kinetic energy will be damped with the infinitesimal elastic deformation of the bumper elements, the passengers will not sense any impact. DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF BUS BATTERY PACKS AUG 2019 – DEC 2019

• The project design and drawings were made using PTC Creo, Solidworks and Keyshot.

• The analysis was performed for Modal, Shock, Vibration and CFD.

• The results of frequencies over 40 Hz for modal analysis and velocity gradient between 2 outlets around 25%.
