Sabbatical Committee Chairperson: Oversaw the sabbatical application process. Managed all active sabbaticals and faculty initiated sabbatical modifications ensuring completion of the approved sabbatical proposal.

Member of CCSF District Negotiating Team: Served as a member of the District negotiating team (2001 -2005). Negotiated increases in adjunct teaching loads to .67 percent as a result of legislative change. Additionally, negotiated adjunct health benefits and priority of assignment rights.
