Boeing – Everett, WA - July 2011 to July 2020

Senior Business Analyst – Agile Product Owner

•Software development and migration for new factory smart systems, Production certified process improvement facilitator.

•The project incorporates multi-faceted software systems currently in development for the purpose of work force visibility, tool tracking, scheduling, and the 737 MAX RETURN TO SERVICE (RTS) initiative – data tracked in Azure and Software applications created in Apriso

•Orchestrate a completely different software use, interface and functionality based on emergent, changing business needs for our customer

•Supported 737, 747, 767, 777, and 787 program initiatives by procuring metal and plastic extrusions, moulds and grilles for Boeing Commercial Airplanes interiors

•Provided process improvement to current inefficient process, in addition to 2D/3D graphics interpretation, use of CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, and multiple other software systems used both industry wide and exclusively within Boeing

•Received 2 months of Engineering courses learning the fundamentals of production, supply chain, manufacturing and delivery and utilized those principles real time in the factory environment to enhance the work instructions for the 777 and 747 interiors installation teams

CWC Operations Analyst/PM ALP Level 3

•Worked on 777X Wings - Composite Information Management System (CIMS) BCA focal.

•Coordinated all the logistical planning of the staging, setup, drop installations, and testing and configuration of Zebra printers and Motorola scanners used in CIMS

•Provided a daily attendance spreadsheet for visibility and working with finance and estimating to generate the weekly labour report.

•Ran and facilitated process improvement workshops and document tool try outs as well as implement new technologies into the group such as handheld tablets for use on the road in lieu of laptops.

•Created the business case to allow the traveling mechanics to obtain and use rugged tablets while traveling for off-site jobs.

•Executed entire project to include working with the tooling team and coordinating the access, procurement, configuration and functional use of the tablets in the work environment.

•Training and familiarity of the devices was coordinated with the IT support group from IVT, the program commonly used to diagnose technical problems on the airplane.
