Performed accounts receivable duties including invoicing, cash application, researching charge backs, discrepancies, issuing credit memos, reconciliations and responding to customer requests for documentation.
Managed 10 Buildings for a total of 225 units effectively and supervised cleaning staff, work closely with on-site maintenance and contractors to ensure all work was completed/satisfactory in a timely manner.
