AXISCADES ENGINEERING, BANGALORE [DECMBER 2015 TO TILL DATE]:

Airbus A350-900, Caribic probe Mode implementation

Location: PAG, Axiscades Bangalore

Role: Caribic probe skin cutout and back up structures sizing (Hypermesh, ISAMI)

Description:

DFEM modeling from the scratch and FEM Validation using AM2036, followed by static analysis and product sizing.

Responsibilities:

DFEM modeling and FEM Validation using AM2036. FEM Validation report generation, followed by sizing process including Material strength calculation, Edge/Transverse DT, Buckling, Metallic and Composite Filled hole and Plain strength. Preparation of stress justification report.

Airbus A350-900, Stress Justification for Cargo Corner Fitting C75-C76

Location: PAG, Axiscades Bangalore

Role: Modeling of cargo corner fitting and surrounding structures using Hypermesh

Description:

DFEM modeling from the scratch and FEM Validation using AM2036, followed by static analysis.

Responsibilities:

DFEM modeling and FEM Validation using AM2036. FEM Validation report generation, followed by material strength calculation, Buckling, Metallic and Composite Filled hole and Plain strength. Preparation of stress justification report.

Airbus A350-1000 & -900, Fuselage Concession Tasks,

Location: PAG, Airbus Toulouse, France (2017)

Role: Focal point for PAG Outstanding Work (OSW) concessions at FAL

Coordinated repair solutions between production, airline customer, Design and Stress DTRs. This lead to quick resolution of non-conformities, leading to the unblocking of production and aircraft delivery phase. My role also involved coordinating and tracking work between French sites (Toulouse and Saint nazaire) and AXISCADES Bangalore office in India.

Responsibilities:

Understanding non-conformity, providing quick stress justifications, report generation, and co-ordination of Bangalore with other OSW locations. FEM modeling and static justification when the damage exceeds the limits on MKDF/RSDP documents.

CYIENT, HYDERABAD [DECMBER 2013 TO DECEMBER 2015]:

A350 XWB REAR SPAR_C Maturity Metallic/Composite Analysis

Location: Cyient Limited, Hyderabad, India

Role: Team Member

Description:

At multiple rib-posts; metallic filled hole, Flange bending and vertical stiffener analysis has been carried out by following Hand Calculation approach and ISAMI. “Methods for low RF resolution on wing rib T-foot analyses” Airbus methodology is used for Low RF mitigation. During mitigation, Nastran deck was modified in order to get new set of loads.

At rear Spar of A350 XWB on Pintle location, corner Unfolding analysis, Filled Hole analysis and Damage Tolerance analysis has been carried.

Responsibilities:

Nastran Deck preparation and SOL101 execution. Loads extraction from the IFEM. Describing loads case combination and preparation of ISAMI Input templates and execution of ISAMI runs. Detailed RF Summary Generation, Dossier Preparation, and QGR Document preparation.

Role: Team Member

Description:

Dynamic landing response of aircraft during Symmetric, Asymmetric and Ski-Jump of has been carried out taking CS 25.305 taking into account.

Responsibilities:

Generated new GFEM of the aircraft includes updation in mass configuration and engine. Time varying loads have been applied on the Landing gear attachment locations. Transient loads have been compared with static loads in critical metallic attachments (Wing attachment, Fin attachment, Engine mount). Generation of documents details the variation in transient loads and static loads.
