Recruiting Coordinator May 2019 – present
New Hire Onboarding – facilitate the flow of candidates from application to when a position is filled. Send background screening link, monitor and track weekly new hires’ progress via spreadsheets. Serve as the main point of contact for the candidate throughout the onboarding process. Organize weekly new hire orientation by scheduling conference rooms, VTC and a presenter.
Administrative – schedule travel for C-level candidates via Omega travel. Communicate with candidates and appropriate hiring managers to schedule phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Work closely with other recruiters and external headhunters/agencies to guide candidates through the interview and hiring process. Create requisitions in Workday to generate offers. Send Workday job application links to candidates.
Executive – craft manual offer letters and send to director level and above candidates for review and signature. Guide candidates through the onboarding process from job application to hire stage once offer has been accepted.
Human Resources - Assist Operations in company acquisition with sending manual offer letters to potential new employees, and manually tracking signed and pending signatures. Work directly with Operations and upper management on repayment agreements and smooth approval processes during hiring stage.
