East Coast Energy Group is a growing small business in the service and manufacturing industry. As such, there have been many opportunities for me to create/revise employee policies, produce training and contribute to process growth. An example of this is my creation of the company Progressive Discipline, Vacation, Bereavement, Harassment, Sick Leave & Attendance policies. In addition, I managed employee safety and OSHA compliance with East Coast Energy Group. Processed weekly payroll for 200 employees in 6 different companies using ADP Workforce Now. This includes union wage specifications for 3 separate unions, 401k contributions, prevailing wage, bonuses, garnishments, deductions, commissions, vacation/sick leave, taxes and payroll reporting. I tracked employee licensure and certification, ensuring license renewal before job assignments were given. Scheduled OSHA and SST training for employees and negotiated with vendors for pricing. Negotiated employee rates for and administered health, dental and vision benefits.

During my tenure with Forterra, I worked with the Onboarding and Recruiting team to recreate the employee lifecycle process from start to finish for all 88 Forterra locations, reducing paper waste and improving new hire experience.
