Worked in Siemens, ABS, Technip, Saudi Aramco, ADCO, Qatar Gas, Ras Gas, ADGAS, ONGC.
Worked in EPC teams. PMC teams and plant shutdown preventive maintenance teams.

Coordinate with engineering subcontractor for closing out nonconformities raised during audit.
Preparation of monthly QC Report to Management and client regarding all QA/QC activities like internal and external audits, quality reviews, control of non conforming works, corrective and preventive actions, quality improvements, continual improvement etc..

Responsibilities;
During recent period along with Third Party Industrial Inspections, I have been entrusted mainly with overall project related inspection, monitoring, documentation and coordination etc. responsibilities on behalf of our reputed clients. The responsibilities entrusted to me related to both projects as well as third party local operations can be briefly summarized as below:
Discussions with representatives of various companies (Client/ contractor) for quality control planning and implementation at their works/ improvement recommendations for the same.

Witnessing the procedure and welder qualification tests for offshore as well as onshore works with 3G, 4G,5G, 6G, 6GR etc. positions involving thickness upto 52 mm and materials such as A106, A335, SS304, SS316, dissimilar weld, buttering joints etc. Welder revalidation after reviewing the previous records.
Equipments inspection; dimensions, materials, weld visual, nozzle orientations, flange orientations, hydro/ pneumatic testing, ultrasonic thickness measurement, materials inspection and subsequent traceability system inspection, review of final dossiers etc.
Material test certificates review and Materials inspection such as Flanges inspection, Structure inspection, Plates inspection (Dimension, Ultrasonic test for thickness and lamination, PWHT charts, etc), Pipes inspection (Material, Heat number, thickness, Diameter, lengths etc.), galvanization inspection for pipes and fittings etc.
Fit up and Welding inspection and monitoring for CS, LTCS, P11 etc. low and high alloy steels, SS 316, 316L etc with reference to General arrangement, Isometric drawings, and P & IDs.
NDT (RT, UT, PT, MPT) review and interpretations for piping welding, castings related to piping, equipments, and various production and construction works.
Painting inspection and monitoring for various projects related piping, structure, equipments etc. Review of the documentation and ITP, method statements etc for overall evaluation of the job.

Preparation, getting approval of the Hydro test packs (piping & pipeline) for various metering stations, well heads & pipelines from or related to SGI and SGP plants under Punjlloyd, coordination with the hydro testing crews for proper scheduling and execution of Hydro tests.
Clarifying quarries & handling periodic audits related to Quality Management System requirements and Hydro testing from PFD as well as TCO side.
Monitoring and controlling the NDT report, welding reports, RT films document management for the final handover, conversion of the documents to dossiers, and final submission of the documents in hardcopy as well as softcopy as per the client system requirements.
Handling the preservation schedules for the various equipments at site and ensuring the preservation requirements are fulfilled in timely manner and records subsequently prepared and maintained for the same.
