Presently working as a Shift Incharge at CHP (O&M).Handling Operation, Maintenance, Road weigh bridge, Rail In motion bridge and Truck loading station operational activities

Doing spare & material management etc.

Handling the job responsibility of operation Incharge and also paying observation on maintenance activities of mechanical.

Doing coal stock management in coal yard & timely checking belt scale reading by doing drop test.

Responsible for safe & efficient operation of CHP by quick decision making & appropriate actions as shift In-charge.

Keeping the desired parameters within limit and reduction in Rack Demurrage & maximization of coal feeding during plant emergency.

Furnishing details and sending reports to the top management for strategic planning & decision-making.

Handling the Mechanical maintenance activities such as breakdown maintenance, scheduled /preventive maintenance.

Checking of protection systems such as CBS, CCS, BSS, ZSS, PCS, and LPBS.

Overall management of Housekeeping labor.
