Opened the Hotel In July 2018 Reported Directly to the Ownership. Ramp up the Property to 89 Percent within the first few weeks and maintaimaintained high revenue through out the year. Overseeing a 83 room hotel with the goal of maximizing the local marketplace exposure to nurture long tern relationships with business and their key stakeholders, I trained, inspired and motivated employees to deliver upon 100% percent guest satisfaction targets.
