Ensuring compliance norms and standard procedure during Engineering & Erection of all type of Instrument and strictly follow work permit system for jobs.

Define and prepare the segregation of systems for early production with related procedure for system isolation and involved in System Completion.

Prepare Inspection and Test Reports (ITR) for pre-commissioning activities and forwarding to Comm. Manager and QA&QC Manager for review, comments, approval and integration in QA&QC plan for pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Punch list coordinating and closing CAT-A, B, C.

Preparation and update of commissioning progress reports, minutes of meetings.

Performing loop check and fault finding as per Loop wiring & Schematic Logic Diagram Logic check, cause & effect check and control narrative checks.

Supervise Function test field technicians and coordinate with function test superintendent.

To implement and test of wide range of I/O in HART and Foundation Field bus communication by Modbus, Profibus, etc. control function interlock sequence, operator interface and other control components on DCS, PLC,ESD.
