§ Champion fast-paced and ever-changing arrangements across complex team charter flight operations and logistics, air travel, hotel rooms, buses, rental cars, baggage transportation, equipment, field passes, special requests, game tickets, petty cash reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and per diem for Spring Training, regular season, and post-season games.

§ Provide leadership in facilitating complex shutdown and reopening procedures resulting from COVID-19, establishing CDC-compliant protocols and pivoting to meet fluctuating staff and operational demands.

§ Deliver innovations to streamline operations by introducing travel communication app to enable constant contact with all traveling party members, providing notifications and updates to daily schedules.
