Tasks

I assisted the industrial engineer with coordinating new product introduction until product handover to production on 6710.

Once the product had been handed over to production, I would work with the industrial engineer to transfer it from the completed technical solution into a series production part on 6710.

Working with the industrial engineer, we would run production capability studies to test the processes and method 6710, e.g. countersink.

I conducted time studies and PPS for different projects, while also identifying tool, manning, and implementation requirements.

As a junior industrial engineer I worked alongside management, assisting with head count allocation, while working on different projects, such as demarcation for Shrouds and Smartlav PPS.
