Return documents which are not recorded. If received again, archive documents issuing barcode and intimate the originator about archival & missing account opening form.

Online support to internal clients regarding retrievals of documents & cheques for legal matter.

Report daily & weekly directly to Manager/Records Officer Regarding execution of task & targets.
