I am involved maintenance of total plant electrical equipment like Transformers,HT/ LT switchgears panel, MCC,ac drive panel,MCC,TCP,GRP,AVR,SF6 CB,VCB,NGR,LASCPT Panel, PMCC,Load bank, Motor,Compressors,Battery bank,ESP, Alternators.

Cable laying,Cable Scheduling, Cable Termination, Cable Testing,,Proper cable selection.

Responsible for lighting work in various area like site, building,colony,and wherever necessary.

Making spare parts list.

Reviewing of Electrical Drawing and executing according.

Prepared power and control circuit diagrams, selected suitable hardware & components for HT and LT feeder PCC,MCC Panels and interlocking of Starters such as STAR DELTA, DOL, Forward Reverse.

TRANSFORMERS: Checking of HT/LT connections,buchholtz relay performance,winding and oil temperature annunciation and trip circuit checking of transformer bus duct.

Electrical maintenance of L&T, ABB make ACB breaker Maintenance of SF6 circuit breaker,checking and cleaning of their control,protection and metering circuit.

Knowledge of motor overhauling, Testing, problem Detection and Troubleshooting, AC Drives, parameter programming,criteria for drive selection .

Maintenance and operations of Material Handling Systems, Belt Conveyors, crushers, screens, CHP, EOT Cranes, Pumps,Air Compressors, Fans, Blowers, Cooling towers, WTP, Ash Handling Plants.
