Responsible for entire plant functions and a direct line report the Sr. Director of Operations, which involves working with Maintenance manager on a 92k budget per month for building maintenance, equipment maintenance, processing, curd processing, packaging, fillers, warehouse/warehouse equipment. To date 1.1mm dollar budget and tracking YTD 30K under budget. Working with Quality Manager on SQF, training of operators on QCCP’S, HACCP’S, SOP’S, MSS, and costumer complaints; YTD Yogurt is 0.09 per 100k units Cheese YTD 1.72 per 100k units. Involved with the EHS Manager (new position to the plant) on Equipment/Human Safety; PPE, AOH, LOTO, Hot Work, Confine Space, LTA’S/Recordable Rate with a goal of 0 Recordable and 0 LT’S; YTD 4.0 recordable and 1.5 lost time. Working through the Operations Manager to achieve On Time Start-Ups, Improve Line Eff. Reduce Shrink, and more throughput with better operations up time. Responsible for production of aseptic products on 5 lines, quality packaging/warehouse and nightly sanitation. Maintained production by working through a team consisting of 23 production operators, 6 sanitarians, 4 maintenance employees and 2 prep swe1pt technicians in a union environment.

Responsible for the frosting department production and warehouse functions consisting of 2 teams of 34 full-time employees and 8 temporaries.
