• Introduced and led several initiatives for standardization of Supply Chain Reports which were cascaded to SC Johnson subsidiaries which yielded two Now! Thanks Awards (1) For the exceptional planning support for Australia and New Zealand business and for preparing the Out of Stock Report daily (instead of weekly) which helped the planning and operations team of Australia and (2) For pulling up Australia’s Case Fill Rate KPI back up to 90’s during the insect season

• Managed the global export activities of SCJ Shanghai, SCJ Jakarta, SCJ Philippines, SCJ Singapore and SCJ Malaysia, adding up to 1400 SKU’s. From taking Customer Orders and their Rolling 18 Months forecast, to coordinating with Supply Planning Team for production capacity analysis and availability of the finished goods, to making shipping arrangements with freight forwarders and preparation of paperwork to providing updates to the Importing countries about the status of their orders

• Improved the Export Performance Levels of Philippines and Indonesia by painstakingly monitoring Customer Orders and Stock Movements from the manufacturing plant to the Distribution Centers of these countries. For Philippines, performance improved from 78% in March 2011 to 96% in June 2011 versus 96% SLA. And for Indonesia from 83% in April 2011 to 100% in June 2011 versus 98% SLA. Addressed the issue on lack of manpower by accommodating additional roles in Supply Chain as a highly competent and dependable back up for colleagues going on long leaves which yielded two Now! Thanks Awards for taking on the interim roles as (1) Supply Planner for SCJ Japan and (2) as SSC Import / Export Planner for Philippine Johnson which was on top of the supply planning responsibilities for ANZ and Classification: Internal
