At WNS I worked as a client service consultant for a start -up vehicle insurance company incorporated in the United Kingdom.
My duties were to take generate quotes prospective clients, make amendments to existing policies and general queries.
Training on systems and phone etiquette of new starters. I was also the designated escalations person for all the teams in the cape town office.

I worked in various roles at Ster-Kinekor cinemas around Cape town.
Initially I worked for the cleaning staff, ensuring cleanliness of cinemas, bathrooms, and the premises in general.
I then worked as a cashier processing movie tickets, food, and general enquiries. As per the nature of the business there were several other ad-hoc duties that were required daily.
