DETAILED EXPERIENCE –

1.Qatar Solar Technologies. Qatar’s first polysilicon production unit under Qatar foundation. With a capacity of 8400 MTPY, I was involved in procurement of lab wares, commissioning and calibration of equipment’s, process training and analysis of samples.

Work experience: JULY 2017 TO AUGUST 2019

Analysis of polysilicon to determine metal and dopant impurities

Analysis of Raw materials such as MG-SI, HCL etc for metal impurities and anionic content.

Quality assurance inspection in production area and summarizing report.

Environmental analysis of clean room AIR samples using various techniques.

Analysis of water for trace metal and anionic content in sub PPT level.

Analysis of various random samples such as scale samples, activated carbon etc from process.

Creating and reporting of samples in to LIMS -sample manager 11.2 integrated system.

Working knowledge on SAP ERP 6.0 integrated system for reservation and follow up of materials.

2.Polysilicon Technology Company –Saudi Arabia’s first polysilicon production unit, I was involved in erection of laboratory facilities, I have obtained training in analysis techniques, documentation, operating and troubleshooting of machines from direct vendors like Agilent, Cvd corp, Pva tepla,Bruker etc.

Work experience: MARCH 2014 TO MAY 2017.

Sampling both final product and intermediates which include clean room sampling techniques.

Performing complete analysis for polysilicon, raw materials and intermediates.

Training and guiding new employees on analysis technics.

3.Quality specialty gases – situated in Qatar, QSG is a gas mixing unit mainly used for laboratory standards and various industrial uses, I worked as a laboratory chemist performing duties such as mixing of gases, analyzing and certification of the same.

Work experience: FEB 2011 –APRIL 2013.

Mainly dealing with mixing of gases for various industrial purposes according to ISO 9000 and Gmp standards.

Mixing of various toxic & flammable gases, liquefied gases, liquids according to customer order and filling of relative documents.

Updating and following of stocks of raw material, cylinders, finished products, intermediates.

Labeling and dispatching of products and updating same in inventory using respective software’s.

Analysis of gases after mixing and certifying the same.

Thorough knowledge on various gases mixing technologies such as bom addition, gas injection, liquid &semi liquid addition, cylinder to cylinder transfer and mass transfer technologies.

4.Biocon pharmaceuticals ltd- India’s leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing unit, I worked as a junior executive in RND pilot plant of Immunosuppressant Post Fermentation Department.

Work experience: MAY 2007-OCT 2010

Worked as a Shift Supervisor in API Division and Leading Shop Floor activities since June-08.

Mainly dealing with Distillation, Purification, Filtration, Drying, Micronisation, Sifting and Packing of Immunosuppressant API’S.

Monitoring production activities and maintaining conditions inside clean room environment.

Supervising and handling of SS reactors, Vacuum Driers, Filteration, Crystallizer, Air Jet Miller, Multi Miller, Sifter, Silica Gel Chromatography, Thin Layer Chromatography, Vacuum Pumps. Heat exchangers etc.
