Personal statement

I have completed a BCom degree in Business and Human Resources Management, and I am looking to secure employment to showcase my skills and knowledge and also help me to further develop these skills through hard work and commitment. I am a reliable and honest individual and willing to learn at all times.

As a sales representative, I provide superior customer service by responding to requests, inquiries, concerns and suggestions. I am focused, and always work towards determining customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors, offering knowledge of sales operations, through face to face interactions with customers. Attentive listener with excellent multitasking, communication and organizational abilities.

I recently volunteered for an NPO(Esididini Community Project) under the EPWP project, which placed me at the Department of Health, Amajuba District Office in Newcastle. There, I worked as a data capturer and call centre representative, where I received data from various institutions in the district pertaining to the institutional health and management information system. I collected, captured and submitted data within deadline dates, and furnish weekly data reports to the surveillance officer for verification and analysis. I also assisted with general admin duties.
