RESPONSIBLITIES:

Analyze the customer drawing and check the feasibility.

Conducting CFT, determining manufacturing feasibility & process flow of the part.

Interacting with customer regarding feasibility of the components, clarification & modification on part.

POST-GRADUATION PROJECT

"Design and optimization of HTV fuel tank assembly by finite element analysis" This project study is to improve the first natural frequency of a fuel tank brackets for heavy duty vehicles using FEA. To improve the performance of the fuel tank bracket series of design iteration was carried out by taking the account of base model structure. Normal modal analysis for base model is carried out to find the first natural frequency and also carried for all the design iteration to improve the first natural frequency of the fuel tank bracket. Static analysis is carried out for all modified designs to find out the Maximum displacement, Maximum principle stress and minimum principle stresses GRADUATION PROJECT

“Parametric optimization of WEDM on oil hardened non-shrinking steel (OHNS) by using taguchi’s technique”

The objective of this project work is to optimize the process parameters of WEDM to achieve good surface finish, better accuracy and high MRR. The technique used to solve the present problem is robust parameter design. After the experiments are conducted, response variables are tabulated and analysis is conducted. Based on the taguchi analysis process parameters are optimized and the performance characteristics is measured and compared with the results obtained from the initial readings.
