As Resident Customer Support Representative (AWAC) on behalf of Airbus, Johannesburg, South Africa worked closely with Air France and Lufthansa operating the Airbus 380 on this very high profile route during the Football World Cup. Achieved 100% despatch reliability over a period of eight months.

Contracted by Air Asia to help resolve technical issues relating to the Radome on the company’s Airbus fleet. These issues had resulted in significant costs and had not been resolved over a period several months. Quickly established that the airline was using the wrong kind of detergent to clean the aircraft. Switching to the approved detergent immediately solved the problem.

Played a key role, as an authorised engineer on the B767-300ER, to manage a key project working on the main landing gear Fwd. and Aft Bearing Rework Program involving the removal and installation of landing gear in over 20 aircraft.

Customer Support Representative

Extensive experience of working as a Customer Service Representative on behalf of Airbus.

Provided Airbus A380 EIS support and training plus office support as Customer Support Representative with Emirates Airlines in the UAE.

Provided engineering and technical support on the AirAsia Airbus A320, A330 and A340 fleet.

Undertaken formal customer support training from Airbus at their Toulouse Facility.
