I am, Khanyani Brightwell Njoko, I’m a self-thinking individual, who is passionate about bringing and making a change. I strive and dedicate myself fully to my job as I have been given awards at all levels I have currently worked in. I’m enthusiastic, loyal, an analyst, and a strategic thinker. Proactive with a focus on solutions with-in the working environment. I have been fortunate to be part of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal Senior basketball team which allowed me to travel a few provinces in South Africa every year. I was also the captain and part time coach for the UKZN Westville team, I am direct and articulate I work well with teams and on my own as I am self-driven and motivated to win life. I do not shy away from the spot light as I am aware of my qualities, but I work just as productively within a team, I have completed my degree in Supply Chain Management and Corporate Business Management.
My previous work experiences have exposed to a lot of different work environments and organizational structures. In all I have thrived and been a positive addition to teams and to the organizations as whole. As I am able to do what is required of me at all times, as I like to maintain a professional approach to my work life, as early foundation is necessary in my eyes. I am able to work shifts including night shift and international hours. Working remotely since the pandemic has also allowed me to grow as person and challenging as it might have been, I am highly productive without or with remote supervision as I like seeing results and improving productivity metrics by doing my tasks to the best of my ability within the organizations processes and procedures. Working under the covid-19 pandemic and it being an ever-changing force, has helped me to better communicate, even with senior and mid-level managers as updates must be communicated through the organization. As the Quality Champion at Groupon, it my role to rely such changes to the agents and their leads for better understanding of system and process changes, in pre-shift briefings.
