PROFILE

I have a Chemical Engineering diploma, MDP, PGD and more than ten years working experience in the management of manufacturing Organisations. My experience ranges from Production planning, Process engineering, Production management, Procurement management and Supply chain management. In all my previous positions I have been working across organizational boundaries and levels, implementing and maintaining strategies to achieve organizational goals. I am assertive, results focused, very strong in HR and IR management and a very good team player.

I have been on the job market since being retrenched by Henkel. I decided to further study post Graduate Diploma in business Management in order to be better prepared for future opportunities.

Lead the safe, cost effective manufacturing and conversion operations within acceptable quality standards for three business units which include automotive underbody sealers and metal surface treatment products.

Worked as a Consultant with a solar geyser manufacturing company called African Emissions Trading. I did various projects in the business and my initial project was to get the company prepared for the SABS certification. My duties included defining production and admin process from procurement, production and distribution.
