Project Abstract:

Walt Disney mainly maintaining two applications – ResourceCafe and WDPro Assets, using Mediabeacon tool. These are accessed by Disney CAST/internal users, Sponsored External Partners and External Travel partners to manage Disney Digital assets.

MediaBeacon is an enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platform from MediaBeacon Inc. MediaBeacon's highly personalizable widget-based solutions allow organizations to find, organize, convert, track, and distribute digital media across the enterprise and globally. Complete solutions are available for organizations in many industries, including Media and Entertainment, Print and Publishing, Retail, Manufacturing, Government, and Academia. Mediabeacon Tool has flexibility to provide user access, admin privileges, create META Form, Fields, workspaces and ACL’s to manage Digital assets. MediaBeacon functions as widgets. Each function is encapsulated into a semiautonomous widget and can be mashed up by authorized administrators into custom portals with multiple workspaces via simple web GUI.

Being part of core DevOps team, my key responsibilities are creating and managing Infrastructure for developers and testers in a way to accomplish automation.

Configured Jenkins with maven build tool to generate the war/ear files and archived them and deploy in tomcat server. And configured Jfrog Artifactory with Jenkins.

This application gives the details of creating the titles and cast members, based on cast members generating the payments for their actors and support teams members worked in their movies.
