• Send through repudiation Letters when claim is declined with valid decline reason

• Oversee and assisting with drafting of the Company Standard Procedure for Claims

• Do investigation if death claim is suspected to be a foul play by calling relevant department and ensuring procedure of registration of death was followed correctly
