EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

1.Position: Assistant Project Administrator – July 2020 to current. Place of Work: V3 Consulting Engineers

Duties:

Preparation of Minutes & ensuring that the information on the company shared drive regularly updated.

Capturing of applications for funding to the company database.

Monthly updating of company vehicle odometer readings.

Recording & filing of project related expenditure.

Capturing of serial numbers for all new purchased company equipment for audit purposes.

2.Position: Reception & Reservations Assistant – Until June 2020

Place of Work: Mantis Head Office

Duties:

Meet with clients in person at the Reception so as to assist them with any queries related to Mantis Head Office.

To receive reservations for booking from the central database and ensure that they are processed accordingly.

To provide support when there are meetings on site e.g. booking of venue, stationery requirements, catering etc

To direct telephonic queries to the relevant or responsible person if not available record the message and follow-up to ensure that the client call is returned.

Preparation of customer information e.g. invoices to ensure that the accounts are settled and following up on any complaints or queries as and when required.

3.Position: Reception & Functions Assistant

Place of Work: No 5 by Mantis

Duties:

Meet with clients in person at the Reception so as to assist by educating them about services that are offered at No 5.

To receive telephonic bookings from external clients and ensure that reservations are done accordingly.

To provide support when there are client meetings on site so as to ensure that they needs are met e.g. booking of venue, stationery requirements etc

Recommend recreational facilities to clients from outside the Port Elizabeth area e.g. restaurants, tourism destinations etc. To direct telephonic queries to the relevant or responsible person if not available record the message and follow-up to ensure that the client call is returned.

Preparation of customer information when checking out e.g. invoices to ensure that the account is settled and following up on any complaints or queries whilst they were hosted by N0 5.

4.Position: Ground Support Agent (Intern)

Place of Work: Mango Airline

Duties:

To assist customers with queries related to their travelling e.g. boarding, luggage etc

To assist with checking in, marshalling of customers to and from the aircraft.

To always be available to assist with any other administrative related requests.
