• Preparing Geotechnical Investigation Reports based on the field investigation data & the laboratory tests carried out under the guidance of senior geotechnical engineer.

• Conducting laboratory tests on soil and rock sample with senior laboratory staffs and record the results.

• Analysing the field data and laboratory test results to interpret the subsoil properties of soil.

• Supervising the site activities such as Boring, Electrical Resistivity Tests, Plate Load Tests, Field California Bearing Ratio Tests, Ground Penetrating Radar Survey & Electronic Pipeline Locator Survey, etc.

• Interaction with the soil investigation site engineers and clients for discussions on fulfilling the total scope of work and for report preparations.

• Preparing reports for field tests such as Plate load tests, Electrical Resistivity tests, Static Cone Penetration Tests, Field CBR tests, Pile load tests.

• Preparing Quotations & Bills for Geotechnical works with some knowledge in Tender documentations also.

• Performing basic office administration tasks when needed. Few of the Major Projects involved:

• Soil Investigation for the Proposed Nxtra data center building at SIPCOT IT Park, Siruseri (For L&T, Building & Factories) – Site Execution & Report Preparation - 2019.

• Topographical Survey and Geotechnical Investigation for “Electrification of Railway Lines of the section Birla Nagar – Etawah, Bhandai – Udi and Farrukhabad – Shikohabad including Mainpuri – Etawah of North Central Railway 386 RKM/440 TKM”. (For BHEL PE & SD) – Report Preparation - 2019.

• Soil Investigation for various structures at LUBE Oil Blending Plant of BPCL, Tondairpet, Chennai. (For BPCL) – Site Execution & Report Preparation - 2019.

• Topographical Survey and Geotechnical Investigations works at BPCL Krishnapatnam Coastal Installation, Krishnapatnam Port, SPSR District, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. (For BPCL) – Report Preparation – 2018.

Academic Projects:

Stabilization of Soil using Granite Waste:

Objective: To stabilize the locally available soil using Granite dust. Scope: Prevention of building or a road from getting settled.

Design of a Check Dam across Cooum River:

Objective: To analyse and design a check dam across the cooum river. Scope: Artificial Recharge of underground water table by constructing a check dam. Tools used: AUTOCAD 2013, ARCGIS.

• Attended a lecture conducted by Indian Geotechnical Society, Kochi Chapter and Association of Piling Specialists, Kochi on the topic “Ninth Praphulla Kumar Memorial Lecture” on 21st November 2020.

• Attended a lecture conducted by Indian Geotechnical Society, Chennai Chapter on the topic “Lecture on Design of Rock Socketed Piles – Practical Issues” on 18th September 2018.
