Project Details:
1.ALPHA ROBOT USING ARDUINO:
Used Technology: ARDUINO
Description: My team and me worked on the Gesture Control Robot which can pick up things manually. This type of robot is useful where humans cannot work. In this project, we have used the Arduinomega, flex sensors, servo motors, dc gearmotor, 12 v, 7 ah battery,6v, 4.5 ah battery,accelerometer, motor shields,Bluetooth module and rf module, chassis etc.
2.ANALOG IC DESIGNING:
Used Technology: CMOS (180nm)
Used tool: Mentor Graphics
Description: I have designed a general single stage op-amp and a two_stage miller compansated op –amp using cmos 180nm technology in Mentor graphics and Now I am working on some extensions to this project.This is my major project in My under graduation programme . I selected the channel length as 500 nm and while desinging width will vary according to my desinging specifications. I designed the op amp based on bandwidth and slew rate as my primary specifications.
3.POWER INVERTER (PURE SINE WAVE)
UsedComponents:Transformer,MOSFETS,741OP-amps,DSPBOARD,DSO,DRPS,12v;12ah battery
Description : I have desinged a home based power inverter using power mosfets and dsp board which will give pure sine wave and less hormonics,It has the capacity to give 120 watts power including power losses in transformer.
4. PUBLIC ADDRESSING SYSTEM:
Apparatus required: Power BJT And MOSFETs, Speaker, 741 OP –AMP, DSO, DRPS.
Description:
Designed and implemented a public addressing system by using MOSFETs and BJTs which can be used for sound systems.
5.CMOS INVERTER:
Used Technology: CMOS

Description: Implemented a NOT gate using MOSFETs on Mentor Graphics tool and also designed layout for it.

Description: Implemented a Nand gate using MOSFETs on Mentor Graphics and also designed layout for it.
7. WAR ROBOT:
USED TECHNOLOGY: ARDUINO
Description: Aim of thisproject is to defeat the opposition robot in the robot war competition. In this project, we used an Arduinomega, motor driver, Johnsonmotors, 12v, 7.2 ah batteries and chassis etc.
My contribution to the project as a team leader is writing program for the bot motionand physical designing of therobot.
8. Soccer Robot:
Used Technology: ARDUINO
Description: The aim of this project is to kick the ball into a goal. In this project, we used Johnson gear motors,Arduino mega, motor shield, 12v, 1.2 ah battery,lithium polymer battery (5000mah,11.1v) and wired controlled switches.
My contribution to this project was team leading,I coded the robot for motion and designed physicaldesign of the robot.
9. LINE FOLLOWER BOT:
Used Technology: ARDUINO
Description: The aim of this project is line following. IR sensors are provided to the robot, which facilitate the robot in following Black path. Arduino UNO,IR sensors,9v battery, and motor drivers are used.

Courses: I completed course on embedded system design which was conducted by APSSDC In our institution
I completed my major electives as embedded system software and design,I also completed micro controller and processors course as well as labs also.
And I also completed basic Matlab programming on Coursera.
Workshops:
I was participated ANALOG MIXED SIGNAL VLSI workshop in my university (RGUKTN),which was conducted by my university with collaboration with IIT Madras. The session was given by Professor ShantiPavan,Professor Nagendra Krishna pura, Professor Anirudhin
I was participated Embedded system designing work shop which conducted by my university in this workshop I learned how to stimulate hardware using the program and how we can operate things by sensing the values form the environment ex smart agriculture system in this we take the values of humidity and temperature of the fields in order to maintain fields as wet .
Achievements:
Participated and certified in National techfest (Teckzite -2k19) in our institute and won second position in the robot war competition.
Won second prize in a technical quiz which was held at RGUKT-Nuzvid on the occasion of Engineering Day.
Participated and certified in a technical Quiz conducted as a part of National Level Tech fest in the year 2015 held at RGUKT-Nuzvid.
Received Pratibha award from honorable CM of Andhra Pradesh.
Got district first prize in essay writing for 20 points programme which was held in Visakhapatnam.
Got the best student of the year award in my 10th standard.
Bagged 1st prize in essay writing 2 times at Mandal level in my 8&9th standard.
Extra & Co-curricular Activities:
I gave a session on Mentor Graphics to my juniors regarding CMOS inverter design .
I served as webcasting volunteer in 2019-20 elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Served as a Teaching assistant in 3rd year of my Engineering (Btech).
Worked as Helping hand volunteer from 2015-17 in RGUKT- Nuzvid.
Worked as a Class representative four times in RGUKT-Nuzvid.
