Job Responsibilities:

- Facilitates the implementation of K&A safety management system and regularly monitors the effectiveness within businesses.

- Plans safety campaigns based on safety performance analyses and emerging trends.

- Inspects and evaluates workplace environments, equipment, and practices for compliance with corporate and government safety standards and regulations.

- Preparing internal Safety self-assessments and audits.

- Proactively collaborates with businesses to develop safety improvement plans to meet K&A Safety targets and provides technical assistance and support in investigating accidents and incidents to identify their causes and to determine how they might be prevented in the future.

- Conducts internal safety training. Develops and delivers TBT related to the business and operational needs
